Kim graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 1998 with a degree in Psychology. She also obtained her Real Estate license the same year and began her Real Estate career as a leading real estate professional at Arivda Realty where she partnered with Connie Guice to form the" Guice Girls". At Arivida Realty and Prudential Real Estate Kim and Connie were in the Chairman's Circle every year and were consistently in the Top 1% of Realtors nationwide.
Now many years later, Kim has had explosive success and has been recognized as one of the top agents not only in Florida, but the U.S. with annual sales that have exceeded $200 million.
Kim has recruited, trained and mentored over 100 agents, developed managers and staff to reach their income and professional potential. She became a Corporate Field Training Facility for new franchises. Her Assist 2 Sell franchises were awarded as one of the “Top Ten” franchisees in North America with a significant market share of real estate listing in North Broward County.
Kim has developed a deep knowledge of the South Florida market. She was born and raised here. She offers extensive first-hand knowledge of the Real Estate in Coral Springs, Parkland, Margate, Coconut Creek, Sunrise, Plantation, Weston, Pembroke Pines and the surrounding areas.
In 2011, Kim decided to yet again improve her leadership skills and was accepted into an elite program at Duke University School of Integrative Medicine to become a Duke trained Integrative Health Coach. At Duke University Kim learned many skills to educate, motivate, and empower her employees, clients, children and herself. Her training at Duke University helps her to Understand and Truly listen to the needs and wants of all her clients. This training at Duke has set Kim apart from the competition and has proved valuable to her clients in assisting them to make clear informed decision in a complex market.
With over 32 years in the real estate business in Broward County, Connie understands her client’s needs. Each client has individual ideas and goals about what they are looking for, and what they demand of a real estate agent. She has always listened and focused on the detail of their particular needs and desires of buying or selling their home. Through her vast experience in the marketplace she is able to assist every client in their home buying or selling needs.
Connie has helped thousands of South Florida families through their South Florida real estate transactions. She has a tremendous amount of experience in selling homes in Coral Springs, Parkland, Margate, Coconut Creek, Sunrise, Plantation, Weston, Pembroke Pines, and throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Connie has resided in Coral Springs for over 28 years. She has been In Who’s Who in Real Estate, and has been quoted in the Sun Sentinel on real estate matters. She is in the Top 1% Of Realtor’s in the nation, and she is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
Connie is extremely involved in the South Florida community and charities. She currently serves as a Board Member at St. Elizabeth Anne Seaton’s St. Vincent’s Committee as Secretary. She is currently a Board Member of the Coral Springs Community Chest and serves as their Secretary and Co-Chair of Social Events. She is also a member of the Jeff Smith Scholarship Committee.
Connie has also served on the Coral Springs Charter Review Committee as Vice Chairman. Is a former member of the Martin Luther King Scholarship Committee, and on the St. Thomas Aquinas High School Booster Club . She has served as a board member of Absolute Home Health Care.
